Wayne Johnson is a mergers and acquisitions advisor to private equity firms in the FinTech & Payment sector. In that capacity, he has worked as an operating partner, a board observer, and a transaction consultant. He has been responsible for competitive landscape overviews, identifying targets, assessing valuations, and performing due diligences. He was Managing Director and lead FinTech & Payments equity research analyst at Raymond James and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. During this time, Mr. Johnson launched coverage on over 40 public companies and was known as a prolific writer, producing deep industry and company research reports, which were frequently requested by venture capital, private equity, and corporate boards. Among the IPOs awarded to Mr. Johnson were: PayPal, Vantiv, Fleetcor, Blackhawk, XOOM, TNS, OnDeck and CPI Card Group. Mr. Johnson resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Roy George is Professor and Chair of the Department of Cyber-Physical Systems at Clark Atlanta University. He received his Ph.D. from Tulane University in Computer Science. Dr. George’s areas of expertise include machine learning, cybersecurity, and network science. His work has been funded by governmental agencies including the National Science Foundation, US Army, US Air Force, US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Energy, and private corporations including Northrop Grumman, Intel, SAIC, Ford, and Boeing. He has been a consultant in the areas of data analytics, cybersecurity, and advanced enterprise systems, and a technology advisor to several startups. Dr. George was recognized as an “Atlanta Top Technology Leader” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2015.

Atul Garg is a global executive with demonstrated expertise in strategy development and execution, growth and turnaround, product management, business transformation, and mergers & acquisitions in companies ranging from Fortune 50 to startups. He is a strong P&L manager with an exceptional ability to build and inspire teams to launch new business lines and manage existing ones. He has extensive experience in global Fintech including payments, cards and lending, healthcare, EdTech, InsurTech, and strategy consulting. He is an effective communicator with a proven track record in identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and consistently delivering outstanding shareholder value and growth.
Atul currently lives in the Chicago area. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Varanasi in India. Atul used to fly single-engine planes and has now become an aspiring drone pilot.

Sanat Mohapatra is the Founder/CEO of Unmasked and a recent Dartmouth grad. During his first year at Dartmouth, Sanat discovered that many of his peers struggled with mental health issues. As a result, Sanat built Unmasked, an anonymous peer support app that is now being utilized at over 40 schools nationwide.
