Hands on experience in delivery in agile methodology (scrum, lean etc.)
Experience in creation of application specific test strategy and Automation test plan.
Expertise in creation / maintenance of Test Automation framework (Hybrid / TDD / BDD) from scratch.
Expertise in creation of API / UI Automated test scripts using Selenium with Java & RestAPI/SoapUI.
Participate in reviews of automated and manual tests and has the drive to enhance automation coverage thereby minimizing manual testing.
Assists team members in troubleshooting the root cause of complex technical issues and implementation-related issues.
Experience using Test management Tools (like, JIRA, HP ALM, Rally or ADO) for end to end test management.
Experience setting up and executing tests through CI/CD pipelines, added advantage if he knows Azure DevOps.
Expertise in DB testing.
Exposure and experience in Katalon, Parasoft and Azure ADO are added advantage.
Experience in identifying, deriving and reporting value delivered by automation.
Strong analytical , problem-solving & Reporting skills.
Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
Expert in using code repository tools like GITHUB or GITLAB. Should be able to review & approve peer's code.
Should be able to assist and train junior automation testers.
